Program Information:
Join us in helping to grant wishes for terminal breast cancer patients. You're invited to exhibit at "Pink" our Bridal Showcase in conjunction with the gown sale. If you can’t participate in the showcase, you can contribute with a program ad, or a donate a prize for our raffle.
Perhaps you heard on the news recently that the entire Making Memories/Brides Against Breast Cancer gown inventory, truck, and trailer were stolen in Arizona. That's why we need your help more than ever this year to supplement our gown sales with some $$ to help replace everything that was lost: signs, hangers, gown racks, etc., as well as contribute funds towards replaceing the truck and trailer. Our show will be stocked with gowns from just the eastern division from South Carolina and local donations.
So - are you ready to say, "Count me in!" Space is limited and will be on a first come, first paid basis.
Booths are $100/day - boths days $200
Early registration/ABC member discount is $25 per day or $150 for both days if received by January 31st, 2007. Your booth includes:
- Table and 2 chairs (additional tables $25)
- To help us keep costs down, linen is provided by request only.
- Line ad listing in the program
- Lead list
$50 from each day's exhibitor booth fees will be donated to Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation.
Ads must be received by March 12, 2006.

“Camera ready” ads should be submitted electronically to Elise Enloe, BABCGownSale@aol.com NO LATER THAN March 1, 2007.
Showcase Terms and Conditions:
* Exhibitor agrees to have its exhibit ready for public viewing no later than 11:30am, Friday, March 30, 2007 and/or 9:30am Saturday, March 25, 2006. If exhibitor has not arrived one hour prior to show opening, booth fees will be forfeited.
* Exhibitor agrees that leads acquired at their booth are for the sole use of the Exhibitor. These leads may not be sold to a third party or used to promote non-Exhibitors of Pink - A Very Special Bridal Showcase. A penalty fee of $100 may be accessed if Exhibitor sells or gives lead list to a non-Exhibitor.
* Exhibitor shall not assign, sublet,subcontract or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or have representatives, equipment, or materials from other than their own firm in the said space without prior consent from the show coordinator.
* Exhibitor agrees to occupy and maintain its exhibit space during advertised show hours noon to 8 pm on Friday, March 30, and 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, March 31, 2007. Exhibitor agrees not to disassemble their display until 8:00 pm, March 30, 2007, and/or 6:00 pm on March 31, 2007 without permission of the show coordinator.
There is a returned check fee of $35.
Exhibitor shall be solely responsible to ensure that any drawings, lotteries or contests held by Exhibitor on the premises are conducted in strict compliance with the law.
Any delay or non-occurrence of A Very Special Bridal Showcase on March 30-31, 2007 will not be considered a breach of this contract if such delay is caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, act of God, act of war or terrorism, or any other event beyond the control of the promoter.
